PE is vital to school life.  Increasingly sedentary lifestyles, have the potential of creating a generation of unfit, unhealthy and over-weight young people. In school, we encourage healthy lifestyles and good choices, through participation in sport and exercise. 

Success and a sense of achievement in this area can build the foundations for life long health and fitness. Sport and exercise has been proven to contribute to good mental health.
